Microsoft-Google-Apple: Observations on their future potential
Here's a video that provides additional information on the growth potential and challenges facing the three companies that we have discussed during the course. Take a look at it and offer your own comments and observations.
Undoubtedly all these big players are operating in very high growth markets. Nevertheless there are some concerns with respect to the remarks by Andrew Silverberg: 1. Apple needs to find the response to the most important question: who succeeds Steve Jobs. His health concerns triggered its stock downfall. Also, it remains to be seen how its new product ipad performs. 2. As far as Microsoft is concerned, it must be keeping a watch on Google's plan to launch high speed internet. If it is successful and google expands it, it may proceed on its way prove "the browser is the OS".
3. I agree with him that Google's market potential is really broad. However we have to see how its manages the current challenge in China.
